paypal issue not accepting USD

i am trying to renew service, however it gave me a warning that your paypal does not receive USD and to contact you to change your settings.

Hi! We DO in fact accept $US as our preferred/primary currency. There seems to be an issue with Paypal sometimes incorrectly stating we do not. Please try again next chance you get and thank you for calling this to our attention!
not able to unfollow
I am not able to unfollow people. It immediately says, "we've loaded all people you've requested

I constantly encounter failed twitter authorizations on accounts that work fine for Follows, but fail nearly instantly when trying to batch Unfollows. This is exasperating. Fix it!
How do I find people in certain cities?
I am a corporate recruiter. I would like to target people who follow our company and our CEO. How can I find people in the cities/states that I cover?
Hi thanks for asking about finding people based on location. It turns out there are at least three ways to do this. The first thing to try is search for people with the city or state in their profile. Use quotes like "south san francisco" (case doesn't matter) and remember to select "profiles" from the "include in search results" option.
Next, try the same using the Advanced Search option and select "location" from the drop down. This may bring up profiles that have tweeted from that location. Twitter doesn't specify fully how this data is produced, or how accurate it is, but research seems to indicate it can be useful for your type of application.
The last thing to try is to use the "bio" option for Advanced Search for variations. Use the | symbol to create a list:
LA|L.A.|Los Angeles|Santa Monica|Long Beach
Campaigns I try to save don't load list of followers
For every campaign I try to save, I get the message, "There don't seem to be many people that meet your search criteria. This could be because the filters are too specific and filter out too many people".
This happens for every campaign I try to save. I think the message is incorrect because I get the message no matter what campaign I attempt to save. I've tried 5 different campaigns so far. This started today.
