no unfollowing

I don't think this problem is fixed. Now when I try to unfollow, the system loads only the first 100 contacts and then stops.

Thank you for checking. It's disappointing but, we are investigating why the unfollow results appear to be capped at 100. Twitter hasn't published a change in their API, so we are assuming it's something on the ReFollow end, at least for the moment. We appreciate everyone bringing this to our attention.

Are there any breakthroughs? I continue to have the problem with not being able to UNFOLLOW.

I too am eagerly waiting an update. This issue is URGENT as it is affecting the ability to grow our accounts. It has been four days since this issue was raised.

I agree with Joel. This issue has not been fixed. It has erroneously been flagged as fixed multiple times. Moreover we have been experiencing this issue since September.

Reopening this issue. We are continuing to investigate as we now (finally) can reproduce it on our end.

@joel we have noticed the unfollow list taking as long as 5 minutes to generate. Could this be happening to you? It's an unacceptable wait time but we need to understand if there are two bugs, and not just one, having an effect on Unfollowing.

I have been able to unfollow up to 1000 per day once again, although it does take a little longer to generate the list. But I'm pleased to say that for the last five days, it seems to be working once again. thanks.

Thanks @joel this is very helpful. We are going to watch the response times closely, as a long wait can be as bad as no response at all.

This interim solution is not working for me. What I see is zero contacts loaded. I have let the system run for over a day, still zero contacts loaded. I am wondering why it is working for some (e.g. @joel) and not for me. If you are trying to load all contacts, I have nearly 1/2 million followers so that isn't going to work for me.

It's still not working for me after 1/2 hours of load time. How many followers are you loading in a batch?

Hey Jeffrey, sorry it's not working. I am able to load approximately 1000. I've noticed some glitches. For example, a couple times, the process of unfollowing stopped and I had to reload, but on each of these occassions I was able to reload and then unfollow. I've probably unfollowed about 5,000 people in the last 6 days.

I have noticed that the process of unfollowing (pressing down the F key) is much slower than before. It might take 15 minutes now whereas before it took about 4 minutes.

Only one box is checked in the unfollow section (the one that says to unfollow those who are not following me)
