Refollow is not working well

We are having trouble with Refollow. Since about 3 months ago something has changed that is making our campaigns useless: no new followers are being added to the list, although we are using the same methods as previously. Can you help us to solve the issue?

we recently changed the method used to generate campaign results. If you are still experiencing this issue, please email us directly at support@refollow.com
include a screenshot of the campaign filter settings and we will be better able to study what's happening.
