upgrade failed
I paid for the upgrade to the Pro version but I am still limited to 25 follows per day.

Thanks for pointing this out. Not sure why it failed, but we've verified your payment and manually upgraded the account. Sorry for the trouble! We're trying to understand why this happened. Please let us know if you saw any errors or emails in the process that you think we might want to check.
