Follow/Unfollow Lists taking a long time to load

After some investigations we are concluding that frequently users are encountering long delays in loading campaign results. While we can't control the response time in the Twitter API's, and this being election season shows the Twitter network is unusually busy, we still think we can take steps to improve the situation. Please feel free to share your wait times here, and if possible, the Twitter profile you're targeting (your own if it's an Unfollow Campaign) so we can keep track of who it's affecting most, and notify you when we think it's improved.
