what does previously followed mean?

Its not clear when you click the check whether to put no or yet. Please advise

Previously Followed is a filter that allows you to include (No) or exclude (Yes) people that you have previously followed.  In simpler terms, if you want to make sure that you are following ONLY new people (that you have never followed before in Refollow), you would check the box (to activate the filter) and select NO.
