what the hell have you done? this is horrible

While I appreciate your feedback, it would be way more helpful if you gave me detail.  As a small, young company we are going to be iterating our app very quickly in order to make it as productive and efficient as possible.  Details as to how you would like to see this happen is much appreciated.
