Yes, I am experiencing the same issue.

I initially opted in with the Free Trial and after checking the Apps capabilities, I subscribed with the $20 PRO subscription less than an hour later

Day 2 of subscribing, and I am still unable to use the App
... have sent a 2nd email into Support
...  we shall see ! :-)
