I'm pretty sure I just got ripped off

I gave you guys 5 dollars thinking it would help me unfollow a bunch of people on Twitter, now I'm pretty sure I just got ripped off. How do I get my money back?

Hi -- Rest assured we have no intention of ripping you off. If you have been unable to use Refollow for following or unfollowing, and can describe what problems you're encountering, you can email us at support@refollow.com and we'll try to address it and help.

If you are still not satisfied, then cancel your account using the Cancel link at the bottom of the Account page. Then, use the Paypal Dispute button, on Paypal, to request a refund.
Please be sure to reference the name of your Twitter profile in your emails.
