I need the "load all" option back in the cleanup interface. 1,000 at a time isn't going to cut it.

Pubcast, we've actually made this process much simpler by creating a feature in the settings of a new/existing campaign that will add unengaged users to your unfollow queue after a customizable period of time. Click enable to turn it on.

Since the unfollow automation has been removed by Twitter, a "load all" function would be helpful. I agree with the suggestion of this submitter.

The "load all" feature you are referring to, is that to be able to load all people who meet your search criteria instead of pulling in 100 or 1000 people?

So re-follow was a heck of a lot better before you tried to upgrade and got shut down and not it is more work to navigate then its worth and I should just unfollow people with friendorfollow.com cuz I don't have to move from box to box with them?

@Scott, it's actually funny you bring this up. Just this week I was working with a designer to reconfigure our workflow to make it as streamlined and simple as possible. He's going to be drafting the designs up for me today and I'm planning on beginning the implementation next week or so. In short, I agree with you. The workflow as it exists now was implemented like that when we had the Account Management Service and it was a better experience. We rushed to get unblocked and did not have time to fully vet out the new flow. BUT we are on it now :)

If I can keep my mouse in one play so I can click through like the older version then we are in business. If that can't happen the site is really too time consuming for me.

As I said earlier, we are going to be redesigning this flow so that the process is even quicker and better than Version 2. We are planning on starting development on this week next week. Hang tight and I think you will enjoy what we've got planned.

I am a premium user. I enjoyed the old format. The new format is so bad it's nearly useless. I'm thinking about quitting. This thread suggests an upgrade to restore some of the previous functionality. Please give me an update. If I don't receive this update soon, I will quit, as I consider a premium membership in the state that you are in now to be wasted money.

What buck said. Scrolling as you click to add or clean from queue would be enough.

Absolutely agree that the current workflow is redundant. The new design has been built and we are doing some testing to make sure there are no issues before we deploy it. Should be out this week or early next. Sorry for the frustration but when Twitter blocked us we had to do a lot of scrambling to get unblocked.

How do you edit the settings of an existing campaign? Only see icons for Clean-up, Add and Archive.

Clicking on Edit from the campaigns dashboard will bring you to the Campaign settings. The Campaign Settings are housed within the edit campaign page.

Updating this ticket to let you know that with the new design our follow/unfollow flow allows you to follow/unfollow people extremely quickly, because you can keep the mouse in one place and just click click click. The hopper will continuously load more users as you get close to the end. We only show the top 5 rows, but as you can see the counter at the top right, there are plenty more people to act on.

"I'm following" is grayed out because you cannot follow people that you already follow. The campaign you are editing is not a Timeline Cleanup and is strictly for Following new people. To load people you are already following, you will need to go to the Timeline Cleanup feature.
Hopefully that clears up the confusion.

Yes, thank you.. I understand the new work flow. When I click "add more users to this campaign", I don't see anyone listed under People tab. Is the queue lost?

Yes, the Queue has been removed totally. Where is the button "add more users to this campaign"? If that is a notification, that link should be removed from it because it is linking to a non-existent page.
