Is there a queue report?
I'd like to see if my "follow" and "unfollow" actions are loaded for processing.

Look for the "recycle" icon on the menu bar. If you click it, you should see the status of your follow/unfollow queue.

Are there bulk actions in follow/unfollow queue? as its a real pain doing it all individually
