
I paid for an upgrade but the Refollow hasn't updated my account!
I paid for a "pro" subscription 24 hours ago and Refollow still has not upgraded my account. I also sent an email to support and still have not received a reply. Please help!

Why am I still on trial if I have purchased a subscription???
I purchased a subscription half an hour ago but it is still asking me to upgrade. Even though it shows that the payment has been processed on my account.

Hi -- You won't have to pay for your expired account. It will expire naturally at the end of the Trial period.

upgrade failed
I've paid twice for the upgrade and also sent a email to support and still no action can anybody help?

Reactivation
I keep being asked to Reactivate my Twitter account, which I do but then get asked to do so again before any more unfollowing proceeds. Seems to be fine with following, just a problem when unfollowing
