How can I filter people with Followers/Following ratio < 1 ?

The team are in the process of changing a core part of the application architecture that causes services to slow down when many campaigns are running. A fix will be released soon!

In the Filter Settings you'll find a slider called Influence Ratio.
This is the more verbose version of the header in the campaign listing, you're referring to.
We calculate Influence as the ratio of Followers to Following.
In other words, a profile with more followers than it is following has an influence > 1.
A profile with fewer followers than it's following has an influence less than 1.
If you follow exactly as many profiles as are following you, then your influence calculates as 1.
This can be useful in segmenting what kinds of Twitter users you want to be connected with.

my account has been considered a spam after i used your software, what is to do now?
i used the software to follow i noticed that no one has followed back then i unhallowed the people i followed after one day.
i tried to tweet to another old account of mine and follow it, but only increase of numbers is what is happening, i don't show on the list of followers on the other account.
please, i want refund.
Hi Moe -- Thanks for writing us with this question.
Refollow keep a detailed record of accounts that generated any form of rate-limit error from Twitter. There is no record of such an event occurring with this account, so most likely the lock or ban you are experiencing is associated with some other app or activity.
Here's what we recommend:
- DM or email Twitter Support for help getting your account restored. If you suspect it has been hacked, then let them know and they will investigate
- email us at support@refollow with the request to cancel your subscription, if you cannot login and do this yourself.
The Cancel link is found on the Account Settings page. If you Twitter account us locked then you may not be able to access this page. Be sure to include the name of your Twitter profile if you do email us for help.
Refollow is not working--unfollow has not been working for several days
Refollow has an error message:[Futures Times Out After 1 Second] -- which means absolutely nothing to the user--nonsense. What does that mean? Bottom line nothing is woring
Unfollow has also not been working for several days -- same message
Finally I was charged $20 out of my paypal account last night--and because of my affiliate relationship this was supposed to step.

Re-follow.com ruined my pc
After spending 5 dollars on this, I was able to get it to unfollow close to 1k Twitter accounts. I leave the room while it finishes and I return to my computer not responding. So, I do the Control Alt DNC Delete, nothing. I power off my computer and haven't been able to access windows.

I'm pretty sure I just got ripped off
I gave you guys 5 dollars thinking it would help me unfollow a bunch of people on Twitter, now I'm pretty sure I just got ripped off. How do I get my money back?

If you are still not satisfied, then cancel your account using the Cancel link at the bottom of the Account page. Then, use the Paypal Dispute button, on Paypal, to request a refund.
Please be sure to reference the name of your Twitter profile in your emails.
