Restore the ability to lock followers
Tried creating campaign to search for followers that haven't tweeted in last 30 days. Unable to get any results. Tried several different ways and nothing seems to work.
Follower lists limited to 100 or inaccurate
Recently, ReFollow users are reporting their lists of followers after setting filters are limited to 100, or appear complete. The problem appears to coincide with a fix we made for an error when 'unfollowing' a profile, so we are assuming either we introduced a new bug or Twitter has changed their API behavior without notice. Either is possible. We will share news as soon as we have a fix.

please send a screenshot of the unfollow filter settings you are using to support@refollow.com, so we can try and understand what is happening. The feature currently works for us, although we have had some reports of the the unfollow filter settings not being correct. For example, if you are running an unfollow campaign for "Users I am following but not following me" make sure the checkbox next to "Following Me?" is checked and the value slider says "No."
I need the "load all" option back in the cleanup interface. 1,000 at a time isn't going to cut it.
Futures timed out in 1 second and sorts.
This error message has been appearing daily and it's very annoying to continuously have to close the pop up.
The sorting of records is not working accurately either.
Also, the criteria for search parameters for unfollows is not acting properly. It's off by one for number of days followed. Probably the recordset being returned has an invalid string in the db recordset collection.
We have addressed this issue and are not seeing it in the last 30 days
Remove inactive followers
It would be great if I could remove the people who follow me but are inactive, so those who don't tweet, don't favorite or re-tweet, even those who haven't used there account it a year or more that are still following me. It's annoying knowing a inactive account is following you but you can not remove there follow from your account.
This is what the Unfollow feature is for. In fact, we recommend unfollowing accounts that do not follow you back, or who appear to be bots. We hope people can use ReFollow to enrich their networks with like-minded individuals.
On the Campaign page (where the following chart and list of campaigns appear) you should find a button in the upper right corner labeled Unfollow People. Click this to create an Unfollow campaign. The filters are similar to the Follow campaign. The result list will be people you follow, with an Unfollow button next to them. Click or hit "F" to unfollow them.
Options for Rate-Limiting Follow Actions
Re-Follow currently does 1 follow every 6 seconds, which is awesome - it helps keep our Twitter accounts safe. But when you have a brand new Twitter account, a safer rate is around 1 follow every 30 seconds. Would love to see an option to choose the speed for following and unfollowing to help grow newer accounts.
Export Followers to Spreadsheet
Would like the ability to export a list of everyone following my account to a downloadable spreadsheet (csv format) and include things like Twitter handle, display name, url, bio, etc. Statusbrew and Manageflitter can both do this - would love to see it included in Re-Follow.
White Lists to Prevent Unfollow
Is there a feature or will you have a feature that will allow you to whitelist Twitter Accounts that you do NOT want to unfollow (even if they aren't following you)? This is HUGE. I am a new user and came from ManageFlitter. This is a feature I miss badly.
