Long waits or Proxy Error?
We are seeing a new error today which appears to be the consequence of an update patch we tried to apply. Rebooting the server takes care of it temporarily, but we can't promise it won't happen again...yet. We will keep everyone posted.

Follow/Unfollow Lists taking a long time to load
After some investigations we are concluding that frequently users are encountering long delays in loading campaign results. While we can't control the response time in the Twitter API's, and this being election season shows the Twitter network is unusually busy, we still think we can take steps to improve the situation. Please feel free to share your wait times here, and if possible, the Twitter profile you're targeting (your own if it's an Unfollow Campaign) so we can keep track of who it's affecting most, and notify you when we think it's improved.

I paid for the upgrade to the Pro version but I am still limited to 25 follows per day.

I've bought a licesne from you to use REFOLLOW
EVERYTIME i try to use a CAMPAIGN. to follow the users of ANY ACCOUNT. with NO FILTERS so I can get good results, it WON'T SHOW AT ALL. it acts as if i had the filters very specifc.
it won't work until I have to START A NEW campaign, the new campaign works again until it stops working and now do again. please help me I cannot use your service anymore.

Analyze more than 5000 followers
Hi there! I want to analyse and account that has 21,000 followers, but as far as I know Refollow only looks at the first 5,000 accounts and applies the filters to these. I understand that this is because of how the Twitter API works. Is there any way I can get to the remaining 16,000 followers? I mean, is there a "next" button" I don't see?
Just to be clear, this is not about getting more results, this is about searching a bigger space. Using my search criteria I was able to limit the results to under 100, so I'm not having the issues that some of the other users are having. However, as far as I know these are only 100 out of the first 5,000.
Related question: How do you pick the first 5,000? Is that based on date followed, size, last tweet or something else? Thanks!
Timol -- The list of followers appears, by default, in the order in which following occurred (date followed). You can sort the list, however, by clicking on any of the column headers.
We are exploring methods of helping our users step through lists larger than 5K followers. There are a couple concerns with this. First, Twitter imposes a limit on how many requests can be made every 15 minutes, and the size of the response can also trigger the rate-limit, as well. Our approach, to date, has been to encourage users to move a little more slowly through the process by limiting the list sizes.
Soon, we hope to have more options to try.
Refollow is not working well
We are having trouble with Refollow. Since about 3 months ago something has changed that is making our campaigns useless: no new followers are being added to the list, although we are using the same methods as previously. Can you help us to solve the issue?

no unfollowing
I've been using "unfollow" to unfollow a certain amount of people each day. However, I've noticed recently that twitter is not accepting my unfollows. That is, my unfollow count is not going down, while my following is going up. Anyone else having the same problem? My twitter account is joelcomiskey
Hey Joel thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. It turns out quite a few folks were affected by a bug where newer Twitter accounts (which have longer ID's) were being truncated, which caused the unfollow requests to fail. We have posted an update and believe the bug is fixed. Please let us know.

This may be due to a bug handling Twitter ID's. This should be fixed now.
The premise for ReFollow is to encourage others to follow you by following them. It's also important to contribute to the Twitter community now and then by tweeting something you find relevant or interesting, in addition to liking and re-tweeting. Hope this helps!
